The learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, submits that since the matter is now listed for arguments on charge, he will urge all his grounds before the learned Trial Court, and therefore seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach at a subsequent stage, if any grievance remains.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
