O R D E R

% 30.01.2018 Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed off, with a direction that the respondent Bank is restrained from taking any action in pursuance to the notice dated 27.12.2016, annexed as Annexure-A4 to the present petition specifically, in relation to the properties elaborated therein. The order dated 03.01.2018 passed by the learned DRT is modified accordingly, only to the above extent. It is, however, made clear that the respondent Bank is at liberty to take legal recourse in respect of properties, which are not the subject matter of the subject notice dated 27.12.2016, in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed off. All pending applications are also disposed off.
