1. This application has been moved on behalf of Manasvi Security Services for modification of the final judgment and order dated 10.10.2019. The applicant seeks modification of the said decision to the extent that the amount claimed by the Applicant of Rs. 1,06,57,069/- be considered by the Company Court and not by the NCLT in terms of our decision. We are not inclined to grant this relief. The authenticity of the said claim to the extent it is admissible would need scrutiny and in our view, the NCLT and the IRP

are better placed to examine the same.

2. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
