The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent / accused pursuant to the grant of bail by the learned Trial Court vide order dated 22.02.2024, has violated the conditions imposed by the learned Trial Court. He submits that the accused has been contacting the complainant directly as well as indirectly. He submits that a complaint in that regard was also given to the Investigating Officer but no action has been taken. 2.

He seeks liberty to withdraw the present application and file an application seeking cancellation of bail before the learned Trial Court.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file an application under Section 439(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking cancellation of the bail of accused - Ashdeep, before the learned Trial Court.
