% 17.09.2020 Hearing has been conducted through Video Conferencing. Mrs. Avnish Ahlawat learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 submits that the Lt. Governor has approved the grant of Study Leave to the Petitioner to enable him to pursue the PG Course of M.D. (Paediatrics) from the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education & Research, Chandigarh.
Mr. Akhand Pratap Singh learned counsel for Petitioner submits that in view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the petition as far as prayer No. (I) is concerned. Since the Lt. Governor has now approved the grant of Study Leave to the Petitioner, Petitioner shall be permitted by Respondent No. 4 to join the PG Course of M.D. (Paediatrics) in Respondent No. 4/ Institute for which a
seat had been kept reserved vide order of this Court dated 28.07.2020. It is made clear that the present order has been passed in the peculiar facts and circumstances of this case and will not be treated as a binding precedent in any other case.
