The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing of the Complaint Case No.

ECIR/KLZO/41/2020 dated 25.09.2020, Supplementary Complaint dated 04.05.2023, Summoning Order dated 04.05.2023 and declaring the arrest of the petitioner made in Complaint Case No. ECIR/KLZO/41/2020.
