The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeks the following prayers: - "(i) Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction calling for the complete original records and material of the Respondent, leading up to the passing of the decision dated 02.11.2015 and Impugned Order dated 12.01.2018 of the Respondent, and quash the same; (ii) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, directing the Respondent to forthwith unblock the Vendor Code of the Petitioner;
(iii) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, directing the Respondent No. 1 to forthwith allow and/or permit the Petitioner to purchase and/or The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
