This is a petition filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking quashing of FIR No.132/2013 under Sections 506/509/34 IPC, Police Station Santa Vihar, New Delhi, and proceedings arising out of the said FIR. The aforesaid FIR is registered on the basis of complaint lodged by the complainant/respondent No. 2. As per FIR allegations against the petitioners are that the respondent No.2 was abused and threatened by them. On the basis of the complaint of respondent No.2 the aforesaid FIR was registered against the petitioners. It is stated that during the pendency of these proceedings the By:AMULYA
petitioners and respondent No.2 have settled their disputes amicably before the Mediation Centre, Saket Courts, New Delhi, on 8th September, 2014. The terms of the settlement are mentioned in the settlement agreement dated 8t1 September, 2014. Copy of the same is placed on record. The respondent No.2, who is present before Court, affirms that she has settled the disputes with the petitioners.
