1. Learned counsel for the Respondents informs the Court that an SLP has been preferred against the judgment of this Court in Dev Sharma v. ITBP 2019 (174) DRJ 98 (DB).

2. In any event, by order dated 4th February, 2019 in W.P.(C) 695/2019 (Ram Chander Kasania v. Union of India), this Court has clarified the effect of the said judgment in relation to persons who are superannuating within the time granted by the Court in Dev Sharma v. ITBP (supra) The case of the present Petitioner stands covered by the said order in Ram Chander Kasania (supra).

3. No further directions are called for. The petition and application are disposed of.
