1. Mr. Kirti Uppal, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has complied with the order dated 29th April, 2019 of this Court and has made a payment of Rs.84,00,000/- to the Respondent, without prejudice to its rights and contentions.

2. In that view of the matter, while setting aside the impugned order dated 25th April, 2019 of the DRT, the Court directs that the DRT will now proceed to hear the submissions of the Petitioner on merits on the date next fixed before it. No coercive steps will be taken against the Petitioner during the pendency of the SA No. 83/2019 before the DRT.

3. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. The pending application is

also disposed of.

4. It will be open to the parties to request the DRT for the expeditious disposal of the aforementioned SA.
