I.A. No.11779/2015 ( Recall of Order dated 07.01.2015) By a reasoned order dated 7th January, 2015, writ petition was dismissed. Petitioner seeks recall of the order on the ground that facts as also the law was not properly appreciated. I do not find any cogent reason to recall the order, which has been passed after hearing the petitioner by a reasoned order.

Application is dismissed.
