% 17.12.2024 I.A.48572/2024 (seeking modification of order dated 22nd October, 2024) 1.

This application has been filed under Section 152 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ('CPC') seeking modification of the order passed by this court on 22nd October 2024, to the extent of refund of court fees. 2.

I have perused the application. It appears that inadvertently, the directions regarding the refund of court fees were left out in the order passed on 22nd October, 2024.

The applicants/ plaintiffs seek a refund of court fees in the name of their Advocates (Remfry & Sagar) as the applicants are based in the United Kingdom and do not have an Indian bank account. The application is duly supported by the affidavit of authorised representative of the plaintiffs. 4.

Accordingly, the order dated 22nd October, 2024 is modified and the following directions are added to the said order:- CS(COMM) 314/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 19/12/2024 at 12:59:50

"Since the matter has been settled at the initial stage, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees in favour of the plaintiffs' counsel (Remfry & Sagar), in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870." 5.

The application stands disposed of.
