This suit is instituted on behalf of the Plaintiffs inter alia seeking a decree of permanent injunction restraining the Defendant and all others acting on its behalf from producing, selling, offering for sale or advertising, promoting its goods or services, exporting or enabling advertising campaigns either directly or indirectly in physical/electronic form, internet, websites or in any other manner any counterfeit product/packaging material bearing the mark/label DAWAT ROZANA or its related marks including any other mark which is identical/deceptively similar to Plaintiffs' 'DAWAT' and 'ROZANA' marks/labels and formative marks so as to suggest any affiliation or connection with or approval, license, sponsorship or endorsement by the Plaintiffs, resulting in infringement and passing off. 2.

before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where they have amicably settled their inter se disputes and executed a Settlement Agreement dated 25.02.2026, incorporating the terms of settlement, copy of which has been placed on record.

Court has perused the terms of settlement and finds the same to be lawful. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement. The Settlement Agreement shall form a part of the decree and terms thereof shall bind the parties thereto.

Registry is directed to draw up the decree sheet. 5.

Suit along with pending applications stands disposed of. 6.

Plaintiffs are held entitled to refund of entire court fees in accordance with Court Fees Act, 1870.
