This suit is instituted on behalf of the Plaintiff for a decree of mandatory and permanent injunction restraining the Defendant and all others acting on its behalf from issuing, broadcasting, publishing or printing the impugned advertisements or in any other manner directly or indirectly, disparaging the goodwill and reputation of the Plaintiff in respect of the products in question.

During the pendency of the suit, parties were referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where they have amicably resolved their inter se disputes and a Settlement Agreement has been executed and signed on 19.02.2026, incorporating the terms of settlement. Copy of the Settlement Agreement has been placed on record. 3.

be decreed in favour of the Plaintiff and against Defendant, in terms of Settlement Agreement.

Court has perused the terms of settlement and finds the same to be lawful. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement wherein the Plaintiff has agreed to give up the claim for damages.

Registry is directed to draw up the decree sheet. 6.

Suit is disposed of along with pending applications. 7.

Plaintiff is held entitled to refund of entire court fees in accordance with Court Fees Act, 1870.
