O R D E R

% 31.01.2018 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 4 are known to each other since they were in the same business. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial issue which led to registration of FIR No. 308/2015 under Sections 308/34 IPC at police station Najafgarh. It is submitted that respondent nos. 2 to 4 had sustained simple injuries in the hands of the petitioners in the said quarrel. It is further submitted that petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 4 have now settled their disputes amicably vide Settlement Deed-cumMemorandum of Understanding dated 15th January, 2018, therefore, aforesaid FIR may be quashed.

Respondent nos. 2 to 4 are present in Court

and have been identified by SI Sunil Kumar of police station Najafgarh. They submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and have no objection in case the FIR is quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 4 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
