Mr. Vijay Singh, Assistant Commissioner, appears on behalf of the respondent. He states that the petitioner is required to submit the DVAT-21 Form for processing for refund.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the said form shall be provided in the next 48 hours. As soon as the said form is provided, the respondent is directed to process the petitioner's claim for refund within 15 days and said refund shall be accompanied with interest as payable under the rules.
