O R D E R

% 08.07.2017 Learned tribunal has granted a compensation to the tune of Rs.2,49,162/- to the appellant with interest @ 7.5% per annum from the date of filing of the petition till its realisation. It is stated that the appellant has died. After negotiation the matter is now settled between the parties and the insurance company shall deposit an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- over and above the amount so awarded by the Tribunal within four weeks before the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee lest interest @ 9% on the aforesaid amount shall be granted from the date of default. On the amount so deposited, it shall be so released to the heirs of the appellant in equal proportion

after completion of necessary formalities.

In view of above, nothing more remains to be done in this appeal, hence the appeal stands disposed of.
