O R D E R

% 07.08.2020 This hearing has been held through video conferencing. The learned counsel for the respondent no.1, on instructions, submits that the order dated 26.05.2020 be treated as a Show Cause Notice and that the petitioner would be entitled to make a representation against the same. The learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 further submits, that no precipitative action shall be taken by the respondent no.1 for a period of one week from the communication of its decision on the order/notice dated 26.05.2020 to the petitioner.

The learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation against the order dated 26.05.2020 has already been filed. In any case, the contents of the present petition be also read as a representation to the respondent no.1 against the order dated 26.05.2020.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed directing the respondent no.1 to consider the representation dated 10.07.2020 as also the contents of the present petition, as a representation of the petitioner against the order/notice dated 26.05.2020 and decide the same by granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. It is further directed that no precipitative action shall be taken against the petitioner based on such order, if adverse to the petitioner, for at least two weeks from the communication of the same to the petitioner, allowing the petitioner to challenge the same, if so advised, in accordance with law.
