The instant petition is for the following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ, order, direction in the nature of mandamus/certiorari directing the respondents to provide to the petitioner, the information sought by him vide Applications dated 26.12.2016 and 18.01.2018 filed U/RTI Act, 2005;

(ii) Issue a writ, order, direction in the nature of mandamus/certiorari directing the respondent no. 1 to take cognizance against the respondents no.2 to 7 under sections 20 (1 ), 20 (2), 19(8)(b) & 19(8)(c) of the Right to Information Act, 2005;

(iii) award the cost of this petition in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent;

(iv) pass any further order/orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." The sole grievance raised by the petitioner seems to be with respect to non-compliance of the purported existing directions passed by Central Information Commission („CIC‟). The petitioner contends that despite the directions passed by the CIC, complete information has not been furnished. 3.

This Court in Ravinder Yadav. v. Central Information Commission & Ors.,1 Vipin Kumar Tyagi v. Union of India & Ors.,2 and Bimla Bhardwaj v. Delhi Jal Board3 has held that the CIC is sufficiently empowered under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005 ("RTI Act"), to adjudicate upon the issue of purported non-compliance of its orders.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner to file a fresh representation raising all grievances with respect to non-compliance of the CIC directions along with all earlier representation(s) and necessary documents. Let the said representation be filed within a period of fifteen

(15) days from today.

Let the CIC to deal with the same in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the representation.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
