1. Counsel for the Respondent points out that the order challenged in the present case is passed by the Joint Commissioner of Customs dated 29th March, 2019 and is an order that is appealable to the Commissioner of (Appeals) under Section 128 of the Customs Act, 1962.

2. In that view of the matter, the Court while declining to entertain the writ petition permits the Petitioner to raise all the points urged in the present writ petition in the statutory appeal which will be filed against the impugned order. In such event, it will be open to the Petitioner to request the

Commissioner (Appeals) to dispose of the appeal expeditiously.
