% 08.05.2026 1.

The sole grievance raised by the petitioner relates to the final adjudication of his pending appeal bearing MCI 211 (2) (APPEAL-61) ETHICS. The petitioner submits that his wife had expired on 12.05.2017, due to medical negligence on the part of the doctors. The petitioner, thus, desired the final adjudication of the grievance raised before the authority. According to him, despite sufficient time, the appeal is not being taken to its logical conclusion.
