Learned counsel for respondent No. 3, on instructions from respondent no. 3, who has joined the hearing through Video Conference link, submits that the parents of petitioner no. 1 have no objection to the marriage between the petitioners.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 3, on instructions, has offered to organize a social function at the expense of respondent no.3 to celebrate the marriage of the petitioners. The petitioner no.1 has shown her apprehension at this stage.

It is directed that as and when the petitioners are agreeable to such social function, the SHO, P.S. Palam Vihar, shall ensure that adequate and necessary protection be provided to the petitioners at such social function in plain clothes.
