The Petitioner is a parking contractor, who participated in a notice inviting tender for allotment of various parking sites, including parking site at 'Sukha Ped', on monthly license fee basis. 4.

The parking site at 'Sukha Ped' has been allotted to Respondent No. 2.

the allotment while relying upon fabricated affidavit, declaration and certificate. It is claimed that an amount of ₹4,31,41,984/- is due and recoverable from Respondent No. 2.

The Petitioner has also submitted a representation on 28.04.2026 to the authorities detailing his grievance. 7.
