This is a petition under Section 29A under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 filed by the Petitioner Ace Engineers Bureau (Engineers & Contractors) seeking extension of mandate of the arbitral tribunal. The dispute between the parties pertains to payments regarding RA Bills and the matter was referred to arbitration vide order dated 19th May, 2022. The ld. Arbitrator entered reference on 11th July, 2022. The mandate of the arbitral tribunal was to expire on 19th October, 2023 and thereafter a six months extension was agreed to by the parties vide order dated 7th October, 2023. The said extension is to expire on 18th April, 2024. 3.
