% 10.02.2017 Petitioner has prayed for grant of parole for a period of one month so as to enable him to arrange for the fees of his son, which has to be paid by 12th February, 2017.

It is noted that petitioner was released on furlough for three weeks and two weeks in the month of September/October and December respectively. He was well aware that fee has to be deposited and he could have arranged the money during the said period. However, he did not take any steps in this direction.

Petition is dismissed.
