% 30.01.2018 A perusal of order dated 10th June, 2017 shows that petitioner had himself offered to deposit `18,00,000/- (`6,00,000/- in each case) in all the three cases as security till final disposal of the cases without prejudice to his rights.
Cases are still pending.
In view thereof, learned Metropolitan Magistrate has rightly declined to release the FDRs vide order dated 11th October, 2017.
Petition is dismissed.
Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
