To be noted, via the review petition, review is sought of the order dated 28.01.2020. The applicant i.e. the original petitioner seeks leave to challenge adverse entry dated 28.01.2019, contained in his ACR. 4.

The captioned writ petition was disposed of, by an order dated 28.01.2020, on the ground that the petitioner did not meet the eligibility criteria, for admission to postgraduate course in MD, on the date when the instant petition came up for hearing.
