1. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties. A copy of the Memorandum of Understanding(MoU) entered into between the parties on 20.01.2025 has been placed on record.

2. In the light of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the appellants does not wish to press the appeal any further, which is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed along with all pending applications by making it clear that the parties will remain bound by the terms of the MoU dated 20.01.2025.
