CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV SHAKDHER

% 28.08.2020 [Court hearing convened via video-conferencing on account of COVID-19] 1.
Given the fact that Mr. Rajesh Kumar Singh, who appears for the petitioner, had indicated that the petitioner seeks release on interim bail for performance of marriage, I had offered to release the petitioner for 3 days, albeit, by way of custody parole.
2.
Mr. Singh says that this would not suffice and, therefore, he has instructions to withdraw the captioned bail application. 3.
The bail application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. RAJIV SHAKDHER, J AUGUST 28, 2020 RB/KK Click here to check corrigendum, if any By:VIPIN KUMAR RAI 20:36:12
