% 06.03.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be presently allowed to withdraw the present petition and the application filed therewith and instead be given liberty to approach the additional district judge by a review application pointing out the appointment of local commissioner by order dated 22.05.2017 was without the consent of or prayer from the parties and further that the cost imposed in its wake are also unjust and unfair.

The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted. Dasti under the signature of Court Master.
