However, after hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submit that he only wants the investigation to be carried out in accordance with law.

He, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate application before the learned Trial Court/Jurisdictional Magistrate so that the investigation is duly monitored. 4.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 5.
Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
