Ms. Radhika Kolluru, learned APP for the State accepts notice and BAIL APPLN. 1892/2020 Page 1 of 2
has opposed the present application. She has referred to the order dated 08.07.2020 of the trial court vide which the petitioner's bail application has been dismissed noticing that the case is already listed for final arguments. She has further expressed apprehension that the petitioner, if released, at this stage is likely to abscond.
5.
It is informed that the petitioner's case was last listed before the trial court on 20.07.2020 for final arguments and the next date is fixed for 14.08.2020.
6.
Looking at the submissions made, I find no ground to interfere with the order passed by the trial court. Accordingly, bail application is dismissed. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. MANOJ KUMAR OHRI, J JULY 27, 2020 ga BAIL APPLN. 1892/2020 Page 2 of 2
