Application under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC has been filed on behalf of all the parties submitting that since the matter has been settled in terms of MOU dated 05.01.2024, the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the present probate petition.

Petitioner nos. 1 & 2 and respondent no. 3 are present in the Court. 3.

The respondent no. 2 has already given no objection and also signed the MOU.

Submissions heard.

All the parties have agreed to the terms of the MOU. 6.
