During the course of hearing it transpires that an order dated 08.12.2025 has been passed by the SDM, Collector of Stamps, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi. The said order concludes as under: "15. The Transferee Company is hereby directed to deposit the aforesaid amount of Rs.12,71,135/- within 15 days from the date of issue of this order, failing which the same shall be recovered as arrears of land revenue under Section 48 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899." 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the above order is acceptable to the petitioner and the petitioner shall make the requisite deposit, as directed therein within the time period prescribed by the concerned authority.

Accordingly, taking on record the aforesaid statement, the present petition is disposed of.
