Mr. Rawat, on instructions, submits that the remittances of the due amounts shall also be made by the respondent insurance company within 15 days from today.

In view of the foregoing, Mr. Aggarwal, ld. counsel for the petitioner,

does not press the petition any further and the same stands disposed of along with pending application.
