The hearing has been conducted through video conference. 2.
The petitioner is seeking production of her daughter, Neetu who is missing since 30th June, 2020.

Mr. Rahul Mehra, learned Standing Counsel for the State, has filed the status report, according to which the police traced out petitioner's daughter, Neetu who got married to Hari Om on 09th July, 2020 and she is living happily with her husband. The police brought Neetu to Delhi. The petitioner and his wife went to the police station and made a statement that they have no objection to the marriage of Neetu with Hari Om. Neetu gave a statement in writing to the police that she wants to remain with her husband, Hari Om.The police
recorded the statement of both the parties and closed the complaint of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that the petitioner does not press this writ petition in view of the status report filed by the police.

This writ petition is disposed of.
