1. This is an application filed by the respondents seeking extension of time to comply with this Court's order dated 16.04.2024.

2. Issue notice.

Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts notice and submits that he does not wish to file any reply to the application. He, however, contends that no case is made out for granting any further time to the respondents.

3. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and perused the reasons stated in the application, we grant the respondents further four weeks time to comply with this Court's order dated 16.04.2024.

4. The application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
