This writ petition was preferred on behalf of the petitioners seeking the following reliefs:

"i) DIRECT the Respondents to not to terminate the services of the Petitioners till the adjudication of the issue of Regularization of the services of the Petitioners with the Respondent no.1, and, ii) DIRECT the Respondents not to substitute the services of the Petitioners with any other Workmen, and, iii) DIRECT the Respondents to pay to the Petitioners salaries, allowances and other benefits as paid to the other employees in the same category working with the Respondents and other Establishments." 2.

Mr. Anand Nandan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners submits that an industrial dispute raised by the Petitioners seeking regularization of their services is pending adjudication before Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court-2, Rouse Avenue Court, titled 'Ghanshyam & 19 Ors. v. (Tribunal) and is at the stage of recording of evidence of the Petitioners. On instructions, Mr. Nandan states that this petition may be disposed of as the Petitioners are continuing in service and the interim order dated 30.04.2019 by which the Court had directed that the services of the Petitioners shall not be disturbed be continued till the decision of the Industrial Tribunal on the aspect of regularization.

Ms. Anjana Gosain, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Airport Authority of India, on instructions, submits that she has no objection to this course of action.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of requesting the Tribunal to decide the pending dispute in ID No. 126/2020 titled 'Ghanshyam & 19 Ors. v. Airport Authority of India' as expeditiously as possible and not later than eight months from today. Interim order dated 30.04.2019, whereby it was directed that the services of the Petitioners shall not be disturbed, shall continue to operate for a period of three weeks after the decision of the Tribunal, to enable the Petitioners to take recourse to appropriate legal remedies.

Pending applications stand disposed of.
