The complainant, who is present in Court alongwith her father, and both of whom are identified by the Investigating Officer, submits that the petitioner has not abided by the terms of the settlement as recorded before Principal Judge, Family Courts, Dwarka, New Delhi on 15.04.2019. 2.

The complainant as well as her father have handed over the selfattested gate pass and the same are taken on record. 3.

The present petition was filed based upon a settlement. However, considering that there is no settlement between the parties now, the present petition is dismissed alongwith the pending application.
