As the petition filed by petitioner has already been finally disposed of, therefore, original document of applicant is no more required by this Court, therefore, the original Will of Late Smt Mukandi Bai dated 05.12.1978 be returned to applicant as per rules. Applicant to appear before AR (O) on 18.03.2019 at 3:00 PM for acknowledgment of documents.
