The impugned order dated 14 November 2022 passed by the Western Regional Committee of the NCTE is appealable. 2.
Mr. Amitesh Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioners, undertakes to file an appeal against the said order within a period of one week from today before the Appellate Committee in the NCTE. The said appeal, if filed within the said period, shall be considered and decided by the Appellate Committee, NCTE positively within four weeks, after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.
