This writ petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners seeking benefits of 7th CPC recommendations w.e.f. 01.01.2016. School does not dispute the entitlement of the Petitioners to the benefits of pay revision under 7th CPC and learned counsel for the School, on instructions, submits that pay of the Petitioners has been revised and arrears have been released. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners does not dispute that pay has been revised and some arrears have been released but submits that certain amounts are still outstanding towards the arrears and the outstandings are on account of erroneous calculations made by the School. 3.

After hearing the respective parties, it appears that the only issue that remains is the calculation of the arrears payable to the Petitioners. the calculations so that the pending dispute, which is in a narrow compass, can be resolved. Accordingly, DDE, Zone-11 is appointed to examine the calculation of arrears worked out by the School. One representative on behalf of the Petitioners and one on behalf of the School shall appear before the DDE, Zone-11 on 16.08.2024 at 2:00 PM, on which date both parties will furnish their respective calculations and will be heard. Thereafter, a report shall be prepared by the said officer and furnished to both sides, working out the amounts payable to the Petitioners, if any. The entire exercise will be completed within two months thereafter. School shall clear the outstanding payments, if any, basis the report of the DDE, Zone-11, within three months from the date the report is received. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioners to take recourse to the legal remedies in case of any surviving grievance.
