The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 766/2204 of PS Sarai Rohilla for offence under Section 309(4)/309(6)/311/317(2)/61(2)/ 3(5) BNS and Section 25 and 27 of Arms Act.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court subsequent to recording of testimony of the alleged eye witness Krushna Kumar, who had successfully identified the present accused/applicant in the TIP proceedings. 3.
