This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner, inter alia, pointing out that the suit has not been disposed of despite the orders dated 01.05.2019.

It is stated that after the said order, the suit was listed before the concerned Court on four occasions. However, the suit was not taken up but only an application was heard and decided. This Court is informed that no other applications are pending consideration before the concerned Court. 3.

In this view, the concerned Court is requested to take up the suit for final arguments on day to day basis and render the decision as expeditiously as possible.
