% 31.07.2020 (Video Conference Hearing) The incident is an offshoot of a trifle issue of fetching water amongst the neighbours. As per the status report, the injured sustained injury on the head which is stated to be lacerated wound and was not admitted to the hospital but discharged purportedly on account of the prevailing conditions on account of the Covid-19 pandemic. Applicant is in JC since 23.06.2020 and no criminal antecedent is pointed out in the status report. The coaccused was granted bail within three days of his arrest. Taking into account the totality of facts and circumstances of the case, the applicant is admitted to bail on his executing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent and
after his release from jail, a surety bond of the same amount shall also be executed to the satisfaction of the concerned Magistrate/Trial Court within seven days of the resumption of regular functioning of the court. The bail application stands disposed of accordingly.
