The petition is for the following reliefs:

"a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding Respondent No. 1 and 2 forthwith entertain and adjudicate the representation dated 04.03.2026 filed by the petitioner." 2.

The petitioner seems to have some grievance for banning him by respondent - Reddit Platform with whose permission the petitioner was writing on Reddit. The petitioner confines his grievance to the extent of directing the competent authority to decide his complaint in accordance with law.

and 4 submits that the said respondents, who though should have been impleaded by the correct entity i.e. the Reddit Inc, in any case, do not oppose to the submissions made by the petitioner and to decide the petitioner's grievance in accordance with the existing mechanism. He submits that the complaint can be made to the Officer on the following Email address. "grievance-officer-in@reddit.com"

In view of the aforesaid, if the petitioner does so, let his grievance be considered in accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Amendment Rules, 2021. 5.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition stands disposed of. 6.
