The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:
"a) Set aside/quash the impugned order dated 13.03.2026 passed by the Ld. Principal District & Sessions Judge (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi in PPA No. 5/25 titled "Manoj Kumar & Anr. vs. University of Delhi", whereby the application under Order XLI Rule 27 read with Section 151CPC filed by the Appellants has been dismissed; and/or b) Call the entire Court record pending before the Ld. Court of Sh. Gurvinder Pal Singh Principal District and Sessions Judge South Saket Court Delhi; and/or c) Restore the application under Order XLI Rule 27 CPC to its original position and permit the Appellant to place on record the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. additional documents (Jamabandi records), in the interest of justice; and/or d) Grant liberty to the Appellant to cure the procedural defects, including filing of a duly signed application, within such time as may be granted by this Hon'ble Court;
e) Set aside the cost of Rs. 5,000/- imposed upon the Appellants by the Ld. Court, being arbitrary and unjustified; f) Pass appropriate directions to the Ld. Appellate Court to consider and decide the application afresh on merits, in accordance with law;
g) Pass such other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case, in the interest of justice."

In view of the averments made in the petition, the same is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to file a fresh application before the learned Appellate Court within a period of one week. On the same being filed, the learned Appellate Court is requested to decide the same in accordance with law.
