CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV SACHDEVA

O R D E R

% 19.11.2019 Petitioner impugns order dated 24th January, 2019 whereby the eviction petition filed by the petitioner has been dismissed by the Rent Controller holding that petitioner has not specified as to where the petitioners are residing nor the exact number of family members or the accommodation available with them and nor have been mentioned as to how the tenanted premises is required.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the eviction petition does not contain the requisite details, he seeks leave to withdraw this petition. He submits that the petitioner shall be filing fresh eviction petition against the respondent.

In view of the above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
