O R D E R

The present petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 18th April, 2018 passed in W.P. (C) No. 3897/2013. 2.

By way of the aforesaid order, directions had been given to the th respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 24 February, 2018 by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks. Since the said representation was not decided, the present petition came to be filed.

When the present matter was listed for hearing on 24 learned counsel appearing for the respondent had made a statement that the representation of the petitioners, had already been decided by order dated 15th June, 2020 passed by the Central Council of Indian Medicine. The said order had been taken on record.

Today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that copy of the order dated 15th June, 2020 was supplied to the petitioners only on the last date of hearing i.e., 24th April, 2024, as recorded in the said order. Thus, he submits that he may be granted liberty to challenge the aforesaid order. 5.

However, the aforesaid fact is disputed by learned counsel for the respondent, who submits that copy of the aforesaid order was sent to the petitioners through post in 2020 itself.

In view of the aforesaid fact that representation of the petitioner already stands decided, the directions as passed in the order dated 18th April, 2018, stand complied with.

Accordingly, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to challenge the speaking order dated 15th June, 2020 passed by Central Council of Indian Medicine, in appropriate proceedings, in accordance with law. 9.
