The revised complaint was filed on 18.11.2024 and the said fact was not disclosed by the petitioner in the instant petition. The necessary communications have also been brought on record. 2.

The Court, thus, finds that the petitioner will have to take necessary remedy in accordance with law against closure of his complaint. The prayer made in the petition stands satisfied as the same relates to taking action pursuant to the complaint dated 05.09.2024.
